In the event the CD is lost or damaged, we retain digital copies of all documents that can be quickly and easily emailed. We also like to greet your clients when they arrive with a warm welcome! A customized greeting displayed on our flat screen TV in the lobby welcomes each client by congratulating them on their new home purchase or simply welcoming and thanking them for refinance transactions. In addition, we offer each buyer in purchase transaction a complementary bottle of wine or Home Depot / Lowes gift card as token of our gratitude and appreciation. It is standard practice at The Torres Corporation to scan all signed closing statements immediately after signing and email them to all relevant parties for their records in addition to any original documents provided at the table. We scan all loan packages and any other necessary documents to a digital file. In the event you should need copies in the future, they are simply a key stroke away!
